Implementation
Your first production line live in 18 days
For standard manufacturing workflows, with scope agreed up front and your team ready. Nexfloe sets the plant up as it runs, trains supervisors, operators and QC at their stations, and puts one line live without paper. Then the rest of the plant follows.

The 18 days
Three stretches, each with something visible at the end
- 1Days 1 to 5Plant set up as it runsThe implementation lead sits with your production head and stores. Work centres, shifts, products, BOMs, routings, reason codes and inspection plans are configured in your words. Opening stock by lot is loaded. Tally or Zoho sync is switched on.
- Work centres and shifts
- Products, BOMs, routings
- Reason codes and inspection plans
- Opening stock by lot
- Users and roles
- 2Days 6 to 12One line, trained at the stationOperators, supervisors and QC on the first line are trained at their stations, one session each. Real work orders run on the app while the rest of the plant continues as before. The gaps this finds, a routing that needs splitting, a reason code missing, are fixed the same day.
- Role training at the station
- First real work orders on the app
- Dashboard reviewed with management daily
- Configuration corrected in use
- 3Days 13 to 18First line live, registers offThe first line runs on FleekERP alone. Counts, scrap, downtime and inspections come from the station. Planning, material and cost per order read them. The remaining lines follow, section by section, on the same pattern.
- First line live without paper
- Remaining lines scheduled
- 30 days hypercare begins
- Ongoing support scheduled
What the 18 days mean
Clear scope, agreed up front
What live means. Live means one production line runs on FleekERP alone: operators log counts, scrap, downtime and inspections on their phones, the paper registers are gone, and management reviewing the line on the dashboard.
Included in the 18 days
- One production line, chosen by you
- Work centres, shifts, products, BOMs and routings for that line
- Reason codes and inspection plans
- Opening stock by lot
- Users, roles and training at the station
- Tally or Zoho sync switched on
Follows after day 18
- Remaining lines and sections, on the same pattern
- Historical transactions, if you want them, quoted separately
- Integrations beyond Tally, Zoho and the API
- Machine data, which is in development
What we need from you
If any of these is missing, or the first line changes after scope is agreed, go-live takes longer than 18 days. We'll say so when we agree the scope.
- A production head with time in week oneTwo or three hours a day for the first five days, to map the plant with the implementation lead.
- Your lists, in any formProducts, BOMs, routings and work centres. Spreadsheets, registers or a walk around the floor all work.
- Android phones on the floorOperators' own, or shared station phones with PINs. Mobile data or Wi-Fi at the station.
- One line to startThe line whose problems you most want to see. It goes live first and shows the rest of the plant what changes.
After the first line
- Remaining lines and sections go live on the same pattern, with training at the station.
- 30 days of hypercare. Nexfloe support works on the floor's schedule.
- Ongoing support, Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 7 pm IST.
- Each release goes to every customer. Nobody is left on an old version.

Questions about implementation
Is the 18 days only production control, or the ERP as well?
The first line runs the flow it needs from order to dispatch: sales orders, planning, material by lot, production, quality and cost per order, with Tally or Zoho sync on. What is limited in the 18 days is the scope, one line, not the modules. The exact list is written down when scope is agreed.
How many products and work centres fit in the 18 days?
Those of the first line. A plant with a large catalogue loads the products that line runs first and the rest as more lines go live. If the first line alone is too large for 18 days, we say so when we scope it, not after.
Why is implementation charged separately?
Because the setup and hands-on training are what make the floor apps work. A subscription without them puts software in the office and leaves the floor on paper.
Can we go live on one shed and add the others later?
Yes. The 250- and 500-login bands include phased go-live across sections. Logins are added as sections come on.
What if our production head has no time?
Then the plant is not ready to change how it records work. We will say so on the demo call rather than start an implementation that stalls.
Do you migrate historical data?
Master data and opening balances are part of implementation. Historical transactions are quoted separately, and most plants choose to start clean.
