Frequently asked questions

Every question, answered plainly

Pricing, implementation, devices, integrations and support. If you are evaluating FleekERP, this page has the details.

What FleekERP is

What is FleekERP?

FleekERP is ERP + MES software for manufacturers, built by Nexfloe in Chennai. Operators, supervisors and QC record their work on Android phones, and planning, material, production, quality, dispatch and cost per order all use those entries. Your books stay in your accounting software, which FleekERP connects to.

What is the difference between MES and ERP?

An ERP runs the office: orders, purchases, accounts, invoices. An MES runs the floor: work orders on work centres, counts and downtime at the station, inspections at the operation, material by lot. FleekERP is both, on one record: MES for the floor, and ERP for the manufacturing side of the office, meaning sales orders, planning, purchase and stores, subcontracting, dispatch, invoicing and cost per order. Accounts and tax stay in your accounting system: Tally and Zoho sync is ready-made, and others connect through the API.

Does FleekERP replace our accounting software?

No. Your accounting software keeps the books. FleekERP runs production, stock by lot, quality, subcontracting, dispatch and cost per order, and sends purchases, sales, invoices and stock values to it. Tally and Zoho connect out of the box, and other systems connect through the API.

Which manufacturers is it for?

Discrete and batch manufacturers with a shop floor to run: engineering and machinery, automotive components, electronics and wiring harness, industrial equipment, garments and textiles, plastics and moulding, metal processing, furniture and woodwork, packaging and printing, food processing, and medical devices. Four factories are live today.

Pricing and contracts

How is FleekERP priced?

Two roles, one price each. A User has the web platform and the management app. An Employee has the mobile app in the Supervisor, Operator or QC role. Prices are per login per month, billed quarterly, half-yearly or annually in advance. Implementation is a separate one-time fee by number of logins. See the pricing page for the current list.

Is there a minimum?

Three logins, with at least one User. There is no plant fee and no plant limit.

Is there a long-term contract?

Terms are quarterly, half-yearly or annual, paid in advance. Add logins any time, reduce at renewal.

Can we try it first?

Yes. A 30-day free trial with 1 User and up to 10 Employees, sample content for your sector, and a setup call in the first three days. No card. The trial month is credited against implementation.

Implementation and go-live

How long does it take to go live?

Your first production line is live in 18 days, for standard manufacturing workflows with scope agreed up front. That is one line, not the whole plant: it is set up as it runs, supervisors, operators and QC are trained at their stations, and the registers come off. The remaining lines follow on the same pattern. The implementation page lists exactly what is included and what makes it take longer.

Do we need an IT team?

No. FleekERP is hosted and maintained by Nexfloe. Your team needs Android phones and a browser. Nexfloe does the configuration with your production head and stores.

What if our routing is complex?

Routings with a dozen operations, multi-level BOMs, several sheds and subcontracted operations are configured during implementation. Nothing is assumed. Your production head and the implementation lead map it together.

Do you migrate our data?

Products, BOMs, routings, work centres, opening stock by lot and open orders are loaded during implementation. Historical transaction migration is quoted separately.

Devices and technical

What devices do operators need?

Any ordinary Android phone. Operators can use their own, or a shared station device with a PIN per operator. No dedicated hardware.

Does the app work offline?

No. The apps need a mobile data or Wi-Fi connection. Entries are on the dashboard the same second they are made.

Does it use barcodes or QR codes?

Not today. Operators pick the job from their list and log against it. Reasons for scrap and downtime are picked from a short list you define.

Which languages does the app support?

The interface is English today. Reason codes, product and operation names are your own text, so they can be in any language you enter. Tamil and Hindi interfaces are in development.

Where is our data hosted?

On Amazon Web Services (AWS), with the platform patched, monitored and backed up daily by Nexfloe. Dedicated hosting is available for enterprise customers. See the security page.

Which browsers does the web platform support?

Current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari on desktop. The management app on Android shows the live dashboard on the phone.

Integration and data

Which systems does FleekERP integrate with?

Tally and Zoho for the books, and an API for anything else. Machine and IoT data is on the roadmap, not available today.

Can it connect to our existing ERP?

Through the API. Custom integration is quoted separately and included in enterprise agreements.

What happens to our data if we cancel?

You get an export in a standard format. Your production history is yours.

Support

What support is included?

Phone and email support, Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 7 pm IST, plus 30 days of hypercare after go-live. Enterprise agreements carry a contractual SLA.

Is there a named implementation lead?

Every implementation has a lead from Nexfloe who sets up the plant and trains at the station. The 500-login band names that lead in the agreement.

Plain-language glossary

The terms, without the jargon

A few words come up a lot when people talk about manufacturing software. Here is what they mean on this site.

MESManufacturing execution system
The system that runs the floor: work orders on work centres, counts and downtime at the station, inspections at the operation.
Work order
One production order for a quantity of one item, with a routing of operations on work centres. The record everything on the floor is logged against.
Work centre
A machine, line or station with a declared capacity. Work orders are planned on it and counts are logged at it.
Routing
The sequence of operations to make an item, with the work centre and rate for each. Includes subcontracted operations.
BOMBill of materials
The list of materials and quantities that go into one finished item. A multi-level BOM includes the sub-assemblies inside it.
LotLot or batch
A quantity of material received or produced together, with one identity. Stock, consumption and traceability are by lot.
WIPWork in progress
Material that has started production but is not finished. FleekERP shows it by operation on each work order.
Plan attainment
Output logged against the plan for the shift, by work centre. The first number on the dashboard.
First-pass yield
The share of units that passed inspection without rework, by operation.
Cost per order
Material by lot, labour by operation count and subcontracting by challan on one order, against its invoice.
ChallanDelivery challan
The document material leaves on for job work. The return is recorded against it, and a short return is the difference.
Hypercare
The 30 days after go-live when Nexfloe support is on the floor's schedule, remotely and on call.
