Attendance, leave and pay for salaried and piece-rate staff
HR, Attendance and Payroll Software for Factories
Employees, attendance and leave are kept in FleekERP alongside production. Attendance is marked on the mobile app, leave is approved by HR, and the pay register works out each person's pay from attendance-based salary and from piece rate on the output they logged. Statutory deductions such as PF, ESI and PT are not calculated, so they stay with your payroll process.

The pay register
Salary and piece rate, from the same records
Salaried staff are paid on attendance. Piece-rate operators are paid on what they logged at the station, operation by operation. Both come into one pay register, worked out from entries made during the month.
- Attendance on the mobile appMarked on the app each day, so attendance is current while the month is still running.
- Leave with HR approvalLeave is recorded in one general category and approved at HR level.
- Piece rate from logged outputOutput each operator logged per operation, times the rate, gives the piece-rate wage. King Garments ended wage disputes this way.
- One employee recordThe operator who logs output on the floor is the same employee on the pay register.
What gets recorded
What the pay register reads
| Event | Who | What is captured | Where it shows up |
|---|---|---|---|
| Attendance | Marked on the mobile app | Attendance for the day | Attendance-based salary |
| Leave | Approved by HR | Leave in the general category | Approved leave on the attendance record |
| Output count | Operator | Quantity per operation | Piece-rate wage, labour cost per order |
| Employee | HR | Employee details, salary or piece rate | The pay register |
What management sees
Labour cost per order from the same output
The output logged for piece rate is the same output that gives labour cost per order, so HR works out what each operator earned and the owner sees what each order cost in labour from the same entries. The main dashboard has an HR and people tab.
