Food processing
Batch records and recall tracking for food processors
Ingredient lots with an expiry on them, process parameters that belong on the batch record, shelf life on what you ship, and a recall you have to answer in minutes. FleekERP consumes ingredient lots against each batch, records parameters at the operation, puts shelf life on the finished lot and traces any lot forward to every shipment it reached.

What slows food processors down
- Batch records are filled in laterProcess parameters are written up after the batch, which is exactly what an auditor doesn't want to see.
- Expiry is tracked by handIngredient expiry and finished shelf life are kept on labels and registers, not on the stock itself.
- A recall takes days to answerFinding every shipment that contained a bad ingredient lot means going through invoices one by one.

Proof from other floors
Measured on real floors
None of our live customers are food processors yet. These factories are, and the same screens run your stages.

Questions from food processors
Does it handle formulas by percentage?
A formula is a bill of materials with quantities per batch size. Scaling to a different batch size is calculated when the batch is released.
Can a parameter hold the batch on its own?
Yes. A parameter is a characteristic on the operation with a nominal and a tolerance. A value outside the tolerance holds the batch until someone releases it.
