Use of the FleekERP platform is governed by the subscription agreement and the data processing agreement, which we send with your quotation and can share on request. Where they conflict with these terms, they prevail for the platform. By accessing this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance

By visiting, browsing or submitting information through this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the authority to bind yourself or your organisation to these terms, and agree to comply with them. We may modify these terms; changes take effect when posted with a revised date. Material changes are announced on the website at least 30 days in advance.

You may browse the website, submit enquiry forms and share links to pages for informational purposes. Our total aggregate liability for any claim under these terms shall not exceed INR 5,000. This cap is for use of this website. Liability for the FleekERP platform is capped separately in the subscription agreement, at the fees paid in the preceding twelve months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexfloe Technologies Private Limited and its officers, directors, employees and agents from claims, liabilities, damages and expenses arising from your use of this website in violation of these terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or content you submit that causes harm to a third party.

8. Force majeure

Nexfloe Technologies Private Limited is not liable for delay or failure resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, internet infrastructure failures, power outages or third-party service failures.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

11. Governing law
