How Nexfloe collects, uses, stores and protects the personal information you send through fleekerp.com, who we share it with, and your rights over it.

This policy applies to the FleekERP marketing website at fleekerp.com. Data processed inside the FleekERP product is governed by a separate data processing agreement with each customer. For GDPR-specific information, see the GDPR page.
1. Who we are
Nexfloe Technologies Private Limited ("we", "our", "us") is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. We are incorporated and operate from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Contact for privacy matters: info@fleekerp.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide through our contact, demo and trial request forms:
- Identity data: your full name.
- Contact data: work email address, phone number.
- Organisation data: company name, industry sector, company size.
- Enquiry data: details about your production setup or question, if provided.
- Request type: whether you are requesting a demo, a trial, an enterprise conversation or a general enquiry.
- Source data, sent with the form: the page you sent it from, which country version of the site you were on, and the campaign details in the link you arrived from (such as the ad source, campaign name or click ID), if there were any.
Our web server and hosting provider may log standard access data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamp) for security and performance monitoring. Where analytics is enabled, aggregate usage is measured as described in the cookie policy.
3. Lawful basis for processing
- Legitimate interests: to respond to your enquiry, arrange a demonstration and follow up where you have indicated interest.
- Consent: where you submit a form, you consent to us contacting you about your request. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@fleekerp.com.
- Contract: where your enquiry leads to a service agreement, processing becomes necessary for the performance of that contract.
4. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry or schedule a demonstration or trial.
- To provide information about FleekERP relevant to your industry and production context.
- To follow up after a demo or conversation where you have indicated interest.
- To send a confirmation email acknowledging your form submission.
- To improve the content and usability of our website using aggregate, non-personal data.
We do not use your contact details for unsolicited marketing or automated email sequences. We will not add you to a mailing list without your explicit consent.
5. Data storage and retention
Form submissions are delivered by email through Resend, a transactional email service, and stored in our mailbox and customer records. Website hosting and content delivery may process technical data outside India.

If you become a FleekERP customer, your contact information is governed by your service agreement and our data processing agreement.
6. Sharing of information
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us operate the website and communications (hosting, content delivery, email delivery, and the anti-spam check on our forms), bound by confidentiality obligations and data processing agreements.
- Authorities where disclosure is required by applicable law, court order or government authority in India.
- A successor in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with advance notice to you.

8. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@fleekerp.com. We respond within 30 days. EU residents may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.
9. Data security
We use HTTPS for all traffic, access controls on our systems and regular security reviews. See the security page for a full description.
10. Children
This website is not directed at individuals under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, contact info@fleekerp.com.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top changes when we do. Material changes are announced on the website for at least 30 days before taking effect.
