OnFleek Media and Technologies Pvt Ltd(“we”, “our”, “us”) is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. We are incorporated and operate from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

We collect only information you voluntarily provide through our contact and demo request forms:

• Contact data, work email address, phone number.
• Organisation data, company name, industry sector, company size.
• Enquiry data, details about your production setup or question, if provided.
• Request type, whether you are requesting a demo, speaking to sales, or making a general enquiry.

We do not use tracking pixels, behavioural advertising networks, or third-party analytics that identify individual visitors. Our web server may log standard access data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamp) for security and performance monitoring only. This data is not linked to any personal identifier and is deleted after 30 days.

3. Lawful Basis for Processing

We process your personal information on one or more of the following lawful bases:

• Legitimate interests, to respond to your enquiry, arrange a product demonstration, and follow up where you have indicated interest. We have assessed that our legitimate interest is not overridden by your rights and freedoms.

• Contract, where your enquiry leads to a service agreement, processing becomes necessary for the performance of that contract.

We use the information you submit solely for the following purposes:

• To respond to your enquiry or schedule a product demonstration.
• To provide information about Fleek ERP relevant to your industry and production context.
• To follow up after a demo or initial conversation where you have indicated interest.
• To send a one-time confirmation email acknowledging your form submission.
• To improve the content and usability of our website based on aggregate, non-personal feedback.

We do not use your contact details for unsolicited marketing, cold outreach sequences, or automated email campaigns. We will not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.

5. Data Storage and Retention

Information submitted through this website is processed and stored on secure cloud infrastructure hosted in India (Amazon Web Services, ap-south-1 region). Email delivery is handled by Resend (a US-based service operating under standard contractual clauses for international transfers).

If you become a Fleek ERP customer, your contact information is transferred to our CRM and governed by the terms of your service agreement and our DPA.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to any third party. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers, third parties who assist us in operating our website and communications (cloud hosting: AWS; email delivery: Resend), each bound by confidentiality obligations and data processing agreements.
• Legal requirement, where disclosure is required by applicable law, court order, or government authority in India.
• Business transfer, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, with advance notice to you.
