Paying from Myanmar

  • Your quotation and invoices are in Indian rupees, on the same price list as India. There is no Indian GST, because the service is exported.
  • You pay through the rupee–kyat bank settlement between Myanmar and India. We confirm the kyat amount on your quotation at the bank rate that day.
  • Before we send a quotation, we ask for your company registration, tax ID and who owns the company, and check them against international sanctions lists.
  • If Myanmar withholding tax applies to the payment, we agree how it is handled on the quotation.

Commercial questions

Why is the Myanmar price in Indian rupees?

The kyat has more than one exchange rate and moves a lot, so a kyat price on this page would soon be wrong. Your contract price is fixed in rupees for the term, and the kyat amount is confirmed on your quotation at the bank rate that day.

Does every operator need a phone?

No. A shared station phone with a PIN for each operator counts as one Employee login, so most factories put one phone on each production line.

Which role does a supervisor need?

Employee. The app opens in the Supervisor role.

Can we start with Users only, no floor apps?

No. The floor apps are where the live data comes from. Implementation puts them in your operators' hands.

How does this compare with per-user ERP pricing?

Most ERPs price every login as an office user, so putting operators on the system gets expensive fast. Here an operator, supervisor or QC checker is an Employee login, priced for the floor.

What is not included in the implementation fee?

Travel and accommodation for the onsite days, billed at cost. Everything else in your band is included: the setup, the onsite training days, the Tally or Zoho sync and the 30 days of hypercare.

Is there a per-plant fee?

No. Add plants freely. Logins add up across them and you get a company view.

What happens to our data if we leave?

You get an export in a standard format, and your production history is yours. The subscription agreement puts a date on it: export any time during the term and for 30 days after it ends, deleted from live systems within 60 days and from backups within a further 90.

What are we actually signing?

A subscription agreement covering the service, fees, data ownership and liability, and a data processing agreement covering personal data inside your records. Both go out with your quotation. Ask on the call and we will send them before you commit to anything.

Is there monthly billing?

No. Terms are quarterly, half-yearly or annual, paid in advance. The annual term is the lowest price per login.

What does the free trial include?

30 days, 1 User and up to 10 Employees, sample content for your sector, a setup call in the first three days, and no card. The trial month is credited against implementation if you go ahead.
