Pricing, implementation, devices, integrations: if you’re evaluating Fleek, this page has the details.

Pricing & Contracts

How is Fleek ERP priced?

Two costs, both transparent: a one-time implementation fee (₹99,000 for Standard, ₹1,99,000 for Growth) and a monthly subscription based on active operators (₹25,000/month for up to 50 operators, ₹55,000/month for up to 150). No hidden fees, no per-seat billing, no long-term contracts.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Fleek is month-to-month. Cancel with 30 days' notice. No lock-in periods, no exit penalties.

What does the implementation fee cover?

BOM and product master configuration, production line and shift setup, user role onboarding, on-site operator training (1–2 days on your floor), and go-live support on Day 1. Growth and Enterprise plans include 30 days of post-go-live hypercare. Traditional ERP vendors charge ₹4–15 lakhs for this. Fleek charges ₹99,000 to ₹1,99,000 because the platform is already configured for your industry, so we're not learning manufacturing from scratch.

Can I try before I commit?

Yes. We run a 30-minute live demo built around your own production flow: your stage sequence, your QC gates, your operator app, so you can judge it on your own work before deciding anything.

Implementation & Go-Live

How long does it take to go live?

Median go-live is 18 days. Week 1: BOM and routing configuration. Week 2: Operator training and pilot run. Week 3: Full go-live with all roles active.

Do I need IT support to implement?

No. Fleek is cloud-based. We handle all configuration and setup. Your team needs only Android smartphones and an internet connection.

What if my production setup is complex?

We've deployed in plants with 12+ routing stages, multi-level BOMs, multiple production units, and subcontracting flows. Your dedicated implementation manager maps your exact process before go-live, so nothing is assumed.

Do you migrate our existing data?

Yes. Historical BOM data, inventory records, and open orders are migrated as part of onboarding. You don't start from a blank slate.

Devices & Technical

What devices do operators need?

Any Android smartphone running Android 8 or above. No dedicated hardware and no barcode scanners are required, though QR scanning is fully supported if you want to use it.

Does it work offline?

Core production logging (start, pause, complete, log downtime) works offline and syncs automatically when connectivity resumes. Reports and dashboards need an internet connection.

What browsers does the supervisor dashboard support?

Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge on desktop. Mobile browsers work for supervisors who need to check dashboards on the go.

Where is data hosted?

AWS infrastructure in the ap-south-1 (Mumbai) region. All data is stored and processed within India and never leaves Indian servers.

Integration & Migration

Does Fleek replace SAP or Tally?

Not necessarily. Fleek is a shop-floor execution system. Many clients run Fleek alongside SAP (for finance) or Tally (for accounts). Fleek handles production, QC, inventory, and dispatch, and your existing finance system stays as it is.

Can Fleek integrate with our existing ERP?

Yes. API integration is available for SAP, Tally, Zoho, and Microsoft Dynamics. Custom integrations are covered in the Enterprise plan.

What happens to our data if we cancel?

You receive a full data export in CSV/Excel format within 7 business days of cancellation. No data lock-in. Your data is always yours.

Support

What support is available?

All plans include email and phone support (Monday–Saturday, 9AM–7PM IST) in Tamil, Hindi, and English. Enterprise plans include a dedicated WhatsApp support channel and SLA commitments.

Is there a dedicated implementation manager?

Yes. Every new client is assigned a dedicated implementation manager for the first 30 days post go-live. They're your single point of contact for configuration questions, operator training follow-up, and anything that comes up in the first month.

Plain-language glossary

The terms, without the jargon

A few words come up a lot when people talk about manufacturing software. Here’s what they actually mean.

BOMBill of Materials
The full list of parts and quantities that go into one finished product. A “multi-level” BOM also tracks the sub-assemblies that feed it.
WIPWork in Progress
Anything that has started production but isn’t finished yet, stock sitting between stages on the floor.
IPQC / FQCIn-Process & Final Quality Control
Quality checks done during production (IPQC) and at the end before dispatch (FQC), instead of only at the final bay.
OEEOverall Equipment Effectiveness
A single score for how well a machine or line runs, combining availability, speed, and quality.
TraceabilityLot / batch traceability
The ability to trace a finished item back to the exact raw-material batches and stages it came from, essential for audits and recalls.
FEFOFirst-Expiry-First-Out
Dispatching the stock that expires soonest first, so nothing crosses its shelf life on your shelf.
SubcontractingJob-work / subcontracting
Sending material out to an external vendor for a process step and tracking what went out, what came back, and what was lost.
Go-liveGo-live
The day your factory starts running on the system for real, with all roles active. For Fleek this is a median of 18 days from start.
