What exactly does the implementation fee cover?
BOM and product master configuration, production line and shift setup, user role onboarding, on-site operator training (1–2 days on your floor), and live go-live support on Day 1. Growth and Enterprise plans also include 30 days of post-go-live hypercare. No offshore handoffs. The same team that configures your system goes live with you.
Is the implementation fee one-time or recurring?
