Built for the people
who run factories.
Most ERP is designed around reporting. Fleek is designed around execution: configured to your production floor in days, run by your team, not your IT department.
Traditional ERP wasn't built
for the shop floor.
We didn't study these problems from the outside. We lived them in our own garment unit, and saw the same four show up in the electrical and automotive plants our family and friends run.
Always one report behind
Data gets captured after the fact. By the time your manager opens the report, the line has been stalled for 4 hours.
Made for the back office
Designed for finance teams, not the shop floor. A machine operator has ten seconds and both hands occupied.
6–18 month implementations
Traditional ERP takes 6 to 18 months and a team of consultants. Fleek goes live in 18 days, and your own team runs it after.
WhatsApp fills the gap
When the system can't tell the supervisor what's happening, he picks up the phone. The informal network replaces the formal one, until Fleek makes the formal system actually work.
Fleek didn't start in a boardroom.
It started on our own factory floor.
We run a garment manufacturing unit. For years we lived with the same problems every manufacturer knows too well: unorganised production, delays no one could explain, and quality issues caught too late. We couldn't see the real-time status of our own floor, and we didn't know our true manpower cost or running expenses until the month had already closed.
When we looked at the electrical, electronics, and automotive units our family and friends run, the pain was identical. This isn't a niche complaint. It's a real, daily problem for manufacturers across India.
So we set out to fix it properly. Not another spreadsheet, but a system that wires the shop floor to the management layer, so operators, supervisors, and owners all work from the same reality at the same time. The goal is simple: let manufacturers stop firefighting and get back to running and growing their business.
“I own a garment factory. For years I ran it the way everyone does: delays I couldn't explain, quality issues I caught too late, and no real way to know what was happening on my own floor at any moment. I didn't even know my true manpower cost until month-end. My relatives in electrical and automotive units described the exact same pain. I've spent 15+ years building software for other people's problems, so I went to the ground level, mapped every pain point from operator to CEO, and built the system I needed for my own factory. Fleek is that system.”

Four things that make Fleek different
Built for the floor first
We built Fleek for the operator logging production in 10 seconds, not the accountant generating year-end reports. Every interface decision starts with one question: can a machine operator use this without training?
Pre-built for your industry
Every industry's routing structure, QC gates, and BOM patterns are already built into Fleek. You're not paying us to learn manufacturing. You're deploying a system that already knows your floor.
Real-time by default
No batch syncs. No morning reports. No shift-end tallies. Data on the floor becomes data in the system the second the operator logs it.
Live in 18 days
Implementation that takes 6 months is implementation that fails. Fleek goes live in 18 days, and your team runs it after with no dependency on us.
We don't just sell software.
We configure it
to your floor.
Every deployment is configured to your exact production structure: your routing logic, your QC gates, your dispatch workflow. We've never run a generic demo to close a deal.
Config & BOM setup
Your production structure (BOMs, routings, stage sequences, QC checkpoints) is mapped into Fleek before anyone touches a screen.
Training & pilot run
Operators on the mobile app. Supervisors on the live dashboard. Gaps closed in real use, not in demos.
Full go-live
All roles live: operators, QC, supervisors, dispatch. A dedicated implementation manager through go-live, with 30-day hypercare on Growth and Enterprise plans.
