What is packaging ERP software?

Reels are issued and the balance comes back. Can stock handle that?
Yes. A reel is issued to the job by lot and the unused balance is returned against the same lot, so the reel's remaining length stays correct.
Can waste be recorded in sheets and in kilograms?
Waste is recorded in the unit the operation runs in. The item's conversion turns it into the unit the cost report uses.
How is make-ready waste kept apart from running waste?
They are recorded as separate reasons at each operation, including lamination, die cutting and pasting. A high setting loss on short runs then shows as itself instead of hiding in a total.
How does FleekERP show the real cost per client?
